✅ Step 1: Set Up Your Profile
Before onboarding, you need to link and upload your health data to Apple Health (if you use an iPhone) or CommonHealth (if you use an android phone):
Link your digital health devices (e.g., smart scales, BP monitors) to Apple Health or CommonHealth.
Follow Apple’s or CommonHealth’s instructions to connect your clinical records from your healthcare providers. For Apple Health, see https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iphc30019594/ios. For CommonHealth, install the CommonHealth app, tap on the Records tab, tap Add Health Records, select your provider, tap Add Health Data, and follow the instructions.
Now open the Sicura app:
Follow the prompts to share health data from Apple Health or CommonHealth with Sicura.
Tap the Profile icon (top-right) to review or manually add:
Vital Signs
Lab Tests
Measurements
Medical History
Medications
Allergies
….
If, after onboarding, you wish to connect to other healthcare providers (or you did not do so during onboarding), go to Settings (from the More tab) and tap “Add New Clinical Records”. You can also remove provider accounts from here if you wish to stop uploading your clinical records to Apple Health and Sicura.
🏠 Step 2: Understand the Dashboard
At a glance, you’ll see:
Health Age – shows how your health compares to your actual age.
Alerts – health issues detected from your data.
Events – appointments or tasks coming up.
Support – personalized services and AI health tools.
Bottom Menu – navigation for full access to your records and insights.
🔔 Step 3: Check Your Alerts
Tap an alert to read what was found and why it matters.
Follow the suggested Recommended Action.
Tap Action Taken when you’ve followed up, or Delete to dismiss.
Critical alerts (red) need timely attention, non-critical alerts (white) provide less urgent recommendations.
📆 Step 4: Track Your Events
View upcoming health tasks like screenings or checkups.
Add or update events manually.
Record appointments
Tap ✔ Completed to track progress.
🧠 Step 5: Know Your Risks
Tap Health Risks (bottom menu).
Colored bars show your risk levels (green/yellow/red).
Tap “Why do I have these risks” to see the risk factors contributing to your risks.
Tap Analyze to try “what if” scenarios using the slider buttons – e.g., lowering your cholesterol or weight.
Set Goals based on your simulations by double tapping slider buttons. Remove by double tapping again.
🤝 Step 6: Explore Support
View personalized services and tools that match your health needs.
Tap Read More About Offer to learn or connect.
You can reject or block offers any time.
⚠️ Privacy Alert: Connecting to a support provider discloses that you meet their targeting criteria (e.g., have diabetes and low daily steps).
📋 Step 7: Review Your Record

View or edit your medical history
See recent lab results or vitals
