Getting Started with Sicura
Sicura is a personalized health protector that works best when connected to your full health history. Follow these steps to get started:
1. Download Sicura
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
Search for Sicura and download the app.
2. Connect Your Health Records
Before onboarding, you will need to link and upload your health data to Apple Health (if you use an iPhone) or CommonHealth (if you use an Android phone):
Link your digital health devices (e.g., smart scales, BP monitors) to Apple Health or CommonHealth.
Follow Apple’s or CommonHealth’s instructions to connect your clinical records from your healthcare providers. For Apple Health, see support.apple.com/en-au/guide/iphone/iphc30019594/ios. For CommonHealth, install the CommonHealth app, tap on the Records tab, tap Add Health Records, select your provider, tap Add Health Data, and follow the instructions.
During onboarding, Sicura will:
Show you your linked healthcare providers
Ask whether to import your clinical records
You can choose once only or automatic ongoing updates (we recommend automatic ongoing updates)
You can choose to share all or selected data types (we recommend sharing all for the best results)
If, after onboarding, you wish to connect to other healthcare providers (or you did not do so during onboarding), go to Settings (from the More tab) and tap “Add New Clinical Records”. You can also remove provider accounts from here if you wish to stop uploading your clinical records to Apple Health and Sicura.
3. Begin Onboarding
When you open Sicura for the first time, you'll be guided through a few simple steps:
Enter basic info (e.g., date of birth, current body weight, and average alcoholic drinks per week).
Choose whether to connect to:
Apple Health (for iPhone users), or
CommonHealth (for Android users).
These apps provide access to your:
Clinical records from healthcare providers
Health data from wearables and smart devices (e.g., fitness trackers, blood pressure cuffs)
🔒 Your privacy matters: No personal health data ever leaves your phone without your explicit permission. For more, read our Privacy Policy.
4. First-Time Sync & Analysis
Once connected, Sicura will analyze your data in depth.
This can take a few minutes, especially if you have a lot of health records.
During this time, your Dashboard may appear empty while Sicura completes its analysis.
✅ You're Ready!
Once analysis is complete, Sicura will:
Display your Health Age
Begin showing Alerts, Events, and Support Services tailored to your health needs
Keep analyzing new data automatically (if you allowed automatic syncing)
The Sicura App
1. The Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of your health.
Health Age appears at the top, representing your overall health risk. If your Health Age is greater than your actual age, you may face increased health risks. Use this as a guide to make informed decisions—Sicura empowers you to balance health with your lifestyle and goals.
Below your Health Age, the screen is organized into four sections:
Alerts – health issues detected from your data
Events – upcoming health-related tasks or appointments
Support – personalized third-party services and AI health agents
Bottom Menu Bar – navigation to key app features
Clicking the profile icon (a person in a circle) at the top-right takes you to your Health Record, where all accessible data is displayed.
2. Your Health Record
Tap the profile icon to view all elements of your health record, including:
Medical History
Medications
Allergies
Lab Tests
Vital Signs
Measurements

Each category leads to sub-categories (e.g., "Vital Signs" includes Blood Pressure, BMI, etc.). You can view your latest values, reference ranges, and historical data, or manually add data by clicking the + in the top-right.
3. Alerts
The Alerts section shows notifications about potential health issues.
Critical Alerts (red) need timely attention.

An explanation based on clinical guidelines
You can:
Tap Action Taken to archive the alerts you have acted upon
Tap Delete to remove it (without tracking)
To view all alerts, including archived ones, tap the Alerts icon in the bottom menu.

Health coaches
Fitness programs
AI wellness agents
Each service includes:
A description
The reason you were matched
A “Read More About Offer” button to connect to the provider
⚠️ Privacy Alert: Connecting to a provider discloses that you meet their targeting criteria (e.g., having diabetes and low daily steps).
You can also:
Reject an offer
Block all offers from that provider
5. Events
Events help track your upcoming and past appointments.
There are two categories:
Unscheduled Events – due at some time but not yet booked
Scheduled Events – appointments already arranged
You can:

Record and save appointments
Mark events as completed
View Completed Events
To add a new event manually, click the + icon in the top-right of the Events screen.
6. Health Risks
Tap the Health Risks icon in the bottom menu to view your personalized risk profile.
Each health risk is displayed as a colored bar (Green = Low, Yellow = Medium, Red = High)
A white marker shows average risk for your age
Click “Why do I have these risks?” to view contributing factors:
Attention Required – out-of-range values affecting your risk
Looks Fine – healthy, in-range factors
Effectors – factors that can increase or decrease risk

Risk assessments are more accurate if you can provide the missing data elements.
7. What-If Analysis
What-if analysis lets you see how each risk factor affects your health risks. By using sliders to change the values of the risk factors, you can determine which have the greatest impact on your risks. This lets you decide which factors you wish to focus on and what goals you should set to give you the best balance between your health risks and lifestyle.
Tap “Analyze” on the Risk Factors screen to simulate how changing your metrics would impact your health risks.
